Continue the Fight Against COVID-19 in PALTC

The COVID Crusaders campaign aims to equip healthcare professionals with the tools, knowledge, and recognition they need to improve vaccination rates and protect residents and staff. Through this program, participants will gain access to valuable resources, including a podcast series and an online forum where they can discuss challenges, share solutions, and learn from experts. 

This campaign is a powerful step toward building stronger, safer post-acute and long-term care communities. Together, we can continue the fight against COVID-19 and make a real difference.

How it Works

1. Tune In: Listen to our 2-part COVID Crusaders podcast series.

   1. Part 1: Navigating Access and Billing Challenges for COVID-19 Vaccine

   2. Part 2: Navigating Conversations and the Latest Science on COVID-19 Vaccine 

2. Confirm Your Commitment: Complete a short form to verify you've listened to both episodes. 
3. Share Your Insights: Share a lesson learned or implementation plan on PALTconnect, our member community, and include the hashtag: #COVIDcrusader

Recognition

By completing the program, participants can earn the “COVID Crusader” digital badge, receive a certificate for their facility, and be featured in the “COVID Crusader Report Card,” highlighting their commitment to health and safety.
