The Fellow of PALTmed (FPALTC) designation is a prestigious, peer-reviewed credential that publicly acknowledges an individual’s ongoing dedication to the field of post-acute and long-term care medicine.
FPALTC status is granted to individuals who have shown a deep professional commitment to PALTC and are actively engaged members of PALTmed. This honor recognizes their exceptional dedication and sustained contributions to both PALTmed and the field of PALTC medicine.
Your FPALTC designation remains valid as long as you maintain your PALTmed membership.

All PALTmed members are eligible to apply for the PALTmed Fellowship Program (FPALTC designation) if they meet the following criteria:
