A01 - Physician Advisory Boards for State Survey Agencies

PALTmed resolves to actively promote the formation of State Physician Advisory Boards to State Survey Agencies, which can respond to both local and national concerns. Their goals may include reviewing policy implementation, monitoring survey processes, providing surveyor training on medical issues, promoting survey consistency, assisting technical training projects, and working on cooperative efforts to improve the survey process.
