BE IT RESOLVED, that Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed)'s Board of Directors commission a White Paper on the Ethical and Professional Responsibilities of the Long Term Care Physician Providing Expert Witness; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the PALTmed delegate to the AMA House of Delegates bring this resolution forward to the AMA House of Delegates; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the PALTmed Board empower the PALTmed delegate to the AMA House of Delegates to support an appropriate resolution on the ethical and professional responsibilities of providing expert witness statements related to practice in long term care settings.
