Resolutions
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed) collaborate with the Eldercare Workforce Alliance (EWA), payers, and other appropriate stakeholders to advocate as structures are designed to better address compensation, career ladders, and performance incentives for the frontline staff, particularly Certified Nursing Assistants.
