D05 - Promote Insurance Coverage of Injectable Therapeutic Agents When Administered in the Nursing Home Setting

BE IT RESOLVED, that Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed) will work with CMS in order to facilitate changes in Medicare policy that allow equitable reimbursement for administration of injectable therapeutic agents that can be safely administered in the nursing home.
