D17 - Inclusion of Continuing Care Retirement Centers & Long-Term Care Facilities in Accountable Care Organizations Investment Model

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed) work with the American Medical Association (AMA), American Health Care Association (AHCA), Leading Age and other interested parties to advocate The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to enable Continuing Care Retirement Centers (CCRCs) and long-term care (LTC) facilities and physicians working in those settings to initiate ACO Investment Models (AIM).
