F12 - Home Health Care Face-to-Face Encounter Requirements

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed) refer to its Public Policy Committee the changes to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Face-to-Face Requirements for Home Care Certification to be addressed.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that PALTmed work with similarly concerned parties to address the changes in Certification Requirements for Home Health Agencies.
