The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the Advancing Health Care Safety for All: CMS’ Path to Promote Zero Preventable Harm Fact Sheet and updated the National Quality Strategy Cross-Cutting Initiative Fact Sheet.
Advancing Healthcare Safety for All is CMS’ latest outcome of the National Quality Strategy, which was launched in 2022 to improve the quality and safety of health care for everyone, focusing on those from underserved and under-resourced communities.
