As you prepare to attend PALTC26 in Anaheim, here are a few important reminders to help you make the most of the conference offerings.
Before You Arrive
- Weather: During the conference, high temperatures will be in the 80s during the day, with temperatures in the low 60s at night.
- Attire: Business casual is recommended. We suggest you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.
- Website: Before you leave, be sure to review the program schedule on the conference website and save the website to the home screen on your phone (iPhone or Android).
- Time Zone: Anaheim is on Pacific Time (PT).
- Hotel & Travel: Visit the Hotel & Travel Page for information on the conference hotel and transportation options.
- Conference Location: The conference is being held at the Anaheim Marriott, located at 700 W. Convention Way.
- Badge Pickup: You can pick up your badge at Attendee Services, located in the Platinum Ballroom Pre-function Area. It is open during the following hours:
Wednesday 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM*
Thursday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
* We suggest stopping by on Wednesday afternoon, if possible, to avoid long lines.

Once You Arrive
- Get Acquainted with the Conference Location: You can find information about the Anaheim Marriott here.
- Wi-Fi: There is complimentary Wi-Fi available in the conference meeting space. The network is PALTMED, and the password is PALTC26! Thank you to our Wi-Fi sponsor, Alpha Cognition!
- Meals: Lunch will be available in the Exhibit Hall on Friday and Saturday, and at the 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM Industry Expert Theaters on Thursday and Friday.
- Quiet Room: It is located in the San Diego Room; the hours are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM.
After the Conference
- Claiming Credit: Learn more about available credits here. The link to the evaluation and credit claim forms won’t be active until March 26, the first day of the conference.
- Conference Recordings: If you purchased a three-day registration, you will have free access to all conference recordings through April 30, 2026; recordings will be available by April 1. Purchasing the “extended access” package will give you access to the recordings through the end of 2026. Stop by Attendee Services to purchase.
