The topics include a paper that links payroll data, as a measure of facility-level turnover, to leadership commitment to workers. A second paper reports on a practical, evidence-based approach to implementing the 4Ms in long-term care. Finally, they will review a study conducted in Hong Kong that examines the link between aggression from residents in long-term care facilities to staff intention to leave, burnout and fatigue.
