Recommendations for COVID-19 Vaccine in PALTC Residents and Staff

PALTmed’s Infection Advisory Committee has developed recommendations for the 2025–2026 COVID-19 vaccine to guide clinicians and administrators in post-acute and long-term care settings. While the CDC provides national guidance, these recommendations address the specific risks and needs of PALTC residents and staff. Note that this guidance will be published in JAMDA.
