A26 - Subspecialty Groups in Post-Acute & Long-Term Care

RESOLVED, that our Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed) create evidence-based practice guidelines to guide collaboration between the medical director, attending physician, Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs), and subspecialty groups, and to promote optimal care for all residents, standard credentialing, and minimum training.
