Group Membership Rates
Organizations enrolling multiple employees in PALTmed membership are eligible for discounted rates based on the total number of participants.
The Base Rate is $225/person (regardless of membership category).

Seat and Term Policy
- Replacements: You can replace members from the same organization at any time. After month 9 of the term, replacements are prorated.
- Term: Calendar year membership. Enroll now and your membership runs through December 31 of the current year. (If enrolling in Q4, the upcoming year can be included on request and invoiced accordingly.)
- Chapters: Optional add on; fees vary by state. We can include chapters on the same invoice.

Who qualifies for group discounts?
Any organization enrolling 5 or more members.
How is pricing calculated?
Your discount tier is applied to current individual dues by role. The calculator shows an estimate; your invoice reflects your final roster.
Can we add or replace members during the year?
Yes. Seat replacements within the same organization are allowed. After month 9, replacements are prorated.
What about chapters?
Chapter membership is optional and priced by state. We can include chapter dues on a single invoice.
What reporting do we receive?
A 90 day activation snapshot and a simple usage summary on request.
