A Time for Gratitude
As the seasons change and we approach the time when many of us pause for reflection and gratitude, I would like to take a moment to share some of the things I’m most grateful for in our work together at PALTmed.
PALTmed Board & Staff
I am very thankful for the efforts of our PALTmed Board and staff during 2025 to meet your changing needs and support you as a professional. This fall, every member of our leadership team collaborated in creating a strategic plan to carry our organization into the future and ensure our long-term strength and sustainability. We adopted a “members-first” focus to be sure that every initiative and decision we made supports your professional goals and ensures you’re equipped to meet the challenges facing our specialty going forward—while also providing the highest quality care to our patients.
If you would like to see what we’ve been working on to serve your needs and ensure you have the tools and resources you need to prepare for the future of our specialty, view our new Strategic Plan.
Member Engagement
In my time as President of PALTmed, I particularly want to express my gratitude to members like you for your engagement, interest, and support of this organization. I have traveled extensively this year, visiting many of our PALTmed chapters around the country, participating in regional and state-wide conferences, and meeting many of you along the way. I appreciate your efforts to share your experience and knowledge, hone your professional skills, and share your ideas and challenges with me so we can make PALTmed into an organization that supports you and your colleagues.
And Most of All...
I want to take a moment to give thanks for your commitment to the work you do every day. We all know the pivotal role you play in a properly functioning health-care system. Your compassion and dedication to serving your community’s most frail and vulnerable patients is a source of inspiration to me. We at PALTmed thank you for your commitment.
I hope you have some time in the coming days to recharge and enjoy your families and loved ones.
In gratitude,
