Hallucinations and delusions are common, underreported nonmotor symptoms of Parkinson's disease (PD) that can significantly impact patients and caregivers. Attempting to manage hallucinations and delusions in patients with PD can present a therapeutic bind. Join Malcolm Fraser, MD, CMD, for a presentation exploring these challenges as well as a review of the clinical efficacy and safety of a treatment option. Additionally, real-world evidence from 2 retrospective analyses investigating the risk of all-cause mortality among patients with PD psychosis treated with atypical antipsychotics will be presented.
