Groups of five (5) or more save $100 off each registration. Group registrations will not be available on-site.
Cancellation Policy
Attendee meeting registrations are non-refundable however you may transfer from the In-Person to the Virtual Learning Experience, or vice versa, at any time with no change fee. Only ticketed session fees are refundable; less an administrative fee of $50. All registration cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to info@paltmed.org by February 24,2027, for consideration. Ticketed event cancellations received after February 24, 2027, will not be refunded. No shows will not receive a refund. Forfeited registration fees cannot be applied to subsequent PALTmed programs.
AI Policy
Participants may not use AI note-taking tools, AI meeting assistants, chatbots, transcription services, or other AI-enabled tools to record, capture, transcribe, analyze, summarize, or otherwise process content from PALTmed meetings or educational programs without prior authorization from PALTmed.
